About us
Hi, we are BK Modules
We started out looking after PrestaShop stores, and today we take care of everything technical for the businesses that work with us: their store, their website, their apps and the server it all runs on. And we do it in a way you notice: the person who answers you is the one who writes the code.
What is ours, we look after
We wrote the modules and products we sell ourselves. If something fails you do not have to wait for anyone: we open it up, fix it and it is already fixed for you.

We know PrestaShop, and what sits underneath it
We have spent years inside PrestaShop, in its code and its database. And when the problem is not the store but the server, email or Cloudflare, we know where to look too.
And beyond the store
If yours is not a store, we build that too. We created BookflowR, so a business that works by appointment can have its website and bookings without the hassle, and apps such as Reposta, which tells you where to fill up for less on a trip.

If what you are asking for will not help you, we tell you before we start. And if something that solves it already exists and costs you less, we tell you that too.
We fix the cause, not the symptom
A patch is cheap on day one and expensive every day after. We would rather understand what is failing and leave it properly fixed, even if it takes a bit longer to find.
What you buy keeps working
When a new version of PrestaShop comes out, we check our modules before it is your turn to update. And whatever we set up for you is still our business, even if the project ended long ago.
What others do not want to touch
The migration nobody wants to sign off, the management software that only talks over FTP, the store that goes down on Black Friday. If you have been told it cannot be done, tell us.

First, we look
Before giving you a price, we look at what is really going on. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need to buy anything, and we tell you so: we do it often on the blog.
Price and date before we start
Before we get going, you know what it will cost and when it will be ready.
You try it first
We set it up on a copy of your website and you see it working before we touch the real one.
We stay
When the project ends, we keep answering you. It is the least visible part of a quote and the one you will appreciate most.
Frequently asked questions
Do you do custom development or only sell modules?
Both. If what you need is already solved by a module, it costs you less and we tell you so. If it is something that only happens in your business, we build it to measure.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, quite a lot. Many pass us the technical side of their projects and present it as their own, and they get special terms in the catalogue. If you look after clients, write to us.
What happens if a module fails in my store?
You write to us and we look into it, logging into your store if needed. Support comes with the licence. And if the fault is in the module, we fix it for you and for every store that uses it.
How fast do you reply?
Almost always the same working day, and sooner if your store is down.
Which languages do you support?
We support you in Spanish and English. The modules and this website are also in French, Italian and German.
Do you build anything outside PrestaShop?
Yes: websites, applications, mobile apps and servers. And if your project does not fit PrestaShop, we will tell you and suggest what to build it with.
