Frequently asked questions
Can I go straight from 1.6 to 9?
Yes. There’s no need to go through 1.7 and 8: we install the current version from scratch and move your data across. It’s cleaner and doesn’t drag along the leftovers of old versions.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if it’s done right: we keep the URLs of your products and categories and redirect the ones that change, so Google takes your customers to the new page.
Do I have to close my shop?
No. We work on a copy while your shop keeps selling, and on switch day we bring over the latest orders before pointing the domain.
Will my customers have to create a new account?

Will my current theme work?
