Digital Products
All products sold by BK Modules are digital goods. Once payment is confirmed, access to the product is provided for immediate download or delivery through the corresponding digital channel.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, every license is limited to one domain and the test environments required for deployment, such as pre-production or development environments.
Compatibility and License Scope
Every product page includes the supported versions, requirements, and compatibility details. The product is considered correctly delivered when it matches the description published on the product page.
The product page prevails over any general expectation. Compatibility with third-party modules is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Support Scope
Support covers reasonable assistance for verified product issues in the supported versions published on the product page. It does not include basic installation, custom development, customer-side configuration, or the resolution of conflicts caused by third-party modules.
If an issue is caused by a third-party module, BK Modules may, at its sole discretion, offer diagnosis or adaptation services at the current hourly rate. Any such work will be communicated in advance and will only proceed after the customer's express acceptance.
Refund and Withdrawal Conditions
For digital products, the right of withdrawal applies only while the license has not been linked to any domain. Once the license is linked to a domain, it is considered used and the withdrawal right no longer applies.
Refunds are not granted for change of mind, mistaken expectations, purchase decisions made without reviewing the product page, or human error such as buying the wrong version or the wrong release.
A refund may be considered only when all of the following are true:
- The issue is a real malfunction of the product.
- The customer tested the product in one of the supported versions listed on the product page.
- The issue is not caused by third-party software, custom changes, or incorrect configuration.
- BK Modules was unable to solve the issue through support.
No Returns or Automatic Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, downloaded products are non-returnable. By purchasing and downloading any product, the customer acknowledges that the sale is final unless the limited refund conditions described above are met.
No refund will be issued when the issue comes from third-party incompatibility, customer modifications, or incorrect configuration.
Disclaimer of Liability for Business Use
BK Modules is not responsible for any damage, loss, data issue, interruption, or business disruption caused by the use or misuse of our software. The customer is solely responsible for testing the product in a safe environment before deploying it in production.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BK Modules shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.
