Odoo ↔ PrestaShop connector

• Shop orders arrive in Odoo, which invoices them and sends the invoice back to the shop.

Migration to the latest PrestaShop

• Old themes do not carry over to the new version: we always redo the design, a current theme with your logo, colours and fonts on every page.
• A fresh install of the latest PrestaShop, on PHP and a server that are still supported.
• Products, combinations, categories, images, customers, addresses and orders moved over.
• Same addresses for your pages, or 301 redirects where they change, so Google keeps your positions.
• Your modules replaced by current versions or equivalents; the ones with no equivalent, quoted separately.
• A test copy to review everything before the switch, and the switch done without stopping sales.
• The base price covers shops under 1,000 products with few third-party modules and no custom work; bigger catalogues and more modules add a few hours.

Maintenance: day-to-day support

• Someone who answers when something breaks: an error, a payment that fails, emails that do not arrive.
• Security patches for your modules, tried on a copy first.
• Monitoring: if the shop goes down, we know before you do.
• Off-site daily backups, with restores when you need them.
